What is Sugaring?
Sugaring is a form of hair removal using an all natural sugar “paste” and a technique to “flick” off the sugar with the hair growth pattern, lessening discomfort and nearly eliminating ingrown hairs.
Does Sugaring hurt?
Everybody’s pain tolerance is different, however, it is greatly reduced in comparison to traditional waxing. Wax can adhere to live skin which leads to more discomfort. With Sugaring, you will feel the hair removed without the trauma to the skin.
What are the disadvantages of Sugaring?
There are no disadvantages of Sugaring. Only about 2% of my clientele have extremely sensitive skin that doesn’t tolerate it.
Is Sugaring better than waxing?

How long does it take for hair to grow back after Sugaring?
Generally, you will not see hair for 2 to 3 weeks after Sugaring. The hair will then grow back finer and more sparse with the slower regrowth.
Can Sugaring permanently remove hair?
Yes, as we pull out the hairs in the growth phase, it disconnects the blood supply from the root. Resulting in some of the hairs not growing back at all. With regular visits, you will see a great the reduction of hair.
Will Sugaring help with ingrown hairs?
Yes! With Sugaring, we remove the hairs in the natural growth direction leading to a clean extraction without breaking hairs or irritating the follicle.
How do I prevent ingrown hairs?
The best way to prevent ingrown hairs is to exfoliate the skin. There are 2 types of exfoliation to help eliminate ingrown hairs. A physical exfoliant scrub or a chemical exfoliant with Alpha-Hydroxy to control irritating bacteria. To help, we have both of these products for sale in store.
